We recommend using a reliable Wi-Fi connection with a minimum download speed of 1Mbps for the best possible call quality. Slower speeds, distance from the router, number of users and type of use (e.g. streaming video) can affect call quality. Calls will automatically transfer to the wireless network if the Wi-Fi connection is poor.
